OUR
PROJECTS
Self-directed concept builds for businesses that don't exist. The design, code and performance figures are real, and each case study explains how the site was built.

PHAROS
A paint-correction workshop run by one craftsman who takes eight cars a month. The site prints full prices with working days, describes each service step by step and uses a brutalist editorial layout.

KOMOREBI
A Japanese-only site for a mountain coffee roaster with a free carbonated foot bath outside the window. The design uses no borders or rounded corners and relies on whitespace to separate sections.

NAGIPET
A Japanese-only static site on Cloudflare Pages for an aquarium and parakeet shop on the Kanagawa coast, which also boards small animals. Reservations go to the phone, because that is how the shop takes them.

清水酒造
A site for a 156-year-old sake brewery in Niigata, with its lineup, its history and brewery tour requests, styled in hand-written CSS instead of a utility framework.

棲 SUMI
A bilingual Tokyo property platform that makes apartment hunting feel high end, with AI valuations, 360° tours, Google Maps and contact over LINE.

MORI
A site for a Hakone ryokan with three rooms, one chef and its own hot spring, designed to feel as quiet as the place.

Oral./Bio
A dental clinic site that leads with its research: clinical protocols, a readable publications archive and a referral form for other dentists.

MONOLITH
A dark, loud barbershop site that matches the brand's attitude, with a booking interface, a service menu and none of the usual corporate polish.
